What clients say

Google review

I’ve recorded in studios all over the world (Spain, Dubai, Melbourne and Bali), and Podlab has undoubtedly won my heart! 💖

The entire team is a 10/10. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and enjoy every minute of it. Their enthusiasm is contagious and makes the whole recording experience even more special.

When I arrived, they had the entire setup ready exactly as we had agreed, so I could simply sit down and start recording. Even though my scripts were in Spanish, they made sure the teleprompter was always running at exactly the right speed for me.

An incredible experience from beginning to end. Podlab exceeded all my expectations, and I would return without hesitation! ✨

Been filming my podcast here for a while now and LOVE it. The team feels like family, my set is always ready to go, and I never have to think about equipment or setup. I just turn up and record. Highly recommend.

This is without a doubt the best podcast space in Auckland (maybe the country). The team here are just so good at what they do down to the fine details of bookings and having an allocated producer that helps you with everything you need. 10/10 experience and you have a repeat customer

09 / QUESTIONS

Good to know

  • Q1 What should I bring to my session?

If you do not need props, just bring yourself. Cameras, microphones, lighting and the engineer are all provided. Please mute your phone, and avoid tight patterns that can strobe on camera.

  • Q2 How do I receive my files?

After the recording, the engineer uploads your files to a shared drive. You get a live-edited 1920x1080 video, a separate audio file and three single-camera files.

  • Q3 Can you brand the screens and set?

Yes. You can display your branding on a studio screen at no extra cost. Watermarks or added graphics on the final video are handled under our editing service.

  • Q4 Is it fine if it is my first time?

Yes. The engineer guides you through the whole session, and a quick consultation beforehand covers anything you are unsure about.

  • Q5 Where are you and is there parking?

We are at 13 Hargreaves Street in central Auckland, near Victoria Park and next to the Police Station. Parking is limited on site, but there is street parking on Hargreaves Street and College Hill.
